1. No Returns

• All purchases made through RKS Bullion are final.
• We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
• Customers are advised to verify product details, weight, purity, and price before completing a transaction.

2. No Cancellations

• Once an order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, cancellations are not permitted.
• Users should ensure all order details, including delivery address and product specifications, are accurate before placing an order.

3. Refunds

• No refund will be issued for any confirmed orders.
• Refunds are applicable only in rare cases where RKS Bullion is unable to deliver the product due to:
  • Incorrect stock information
  • Technical or system errors
  • Legal or regulatory restrictions
• Any eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Payment Disputes

• In case of failed or double transactions, customers must report to our support team immediately.
• RKS Bullion will investigate and resolve such payment disputes within 7 business days.

5. User Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for verifying all product, payment, and delivery details before confirming an order.
• RKS Bullion is not liable for errors arising from incorrect input of details by the customer.

6. Governing Law

• This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising under this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
