• Orders are confirmed only after successful KYC verification and payment clearance.
• Customers are advised to ensure all personal and delivery details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

2. Delivery Methods

• We partner with trusted and insured logistics providers for secure delivery of physical bullion products.
• Delivery timelines vary based on location, product type, and weight.
• RKS Bullion will provide tracking details where applicable.

3. Delivery Timelines

Orders are usually processed and delivered within 3-5 business days after plan maturity or redemption request.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout.
• Some premium products may include insurance and secure transport fees in the final price.
• RKS Bullion reserves the right to adjust shipping charges for bulky or high-value orders.

5. Delivery Confirmation

• Upon delivery, customers may be required to sign a delivery confirmation receipt.
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the shipment.
• RKS Bullion is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Loss or Damage During Transit

• All shipments are insured until delivery.
• In case of loss, damage, or tampering during transit, customers must report within 24 hours of delivery.
• RKS Bullion will coordinate with the logistics provider to investigate and resolve the issue.

7. International Shipping

• Currently, RKS Bullion does not offer international shipping.
