• Orders will be confirmed only upon successful payment.
• Any payment failure or transaction dispute must be reported immediately to our support team.

13. No Services for Fraudulent Activities

• Money laundering or scam investments
• Impersonation or identity theft
• False claims or misrepresentation

Any account found involved in such activities will be suspended immediately and reported to authorities.

14. Non-Responsibility for Misuse

RKS Bullion is not responsible for:

• Third-party scams or fraudulent links.
• Phishing attempts or impersonation through fake communications.
• Unverified payment requests made outside our official channels.

Users must verify all communications and links before making payments.

15. Arbitration Clause

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve it through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to be conducted in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, in English. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding.
